Role Description

The core of Rapid Recovery Center (RRC) is rehabilitation. Our goal is to help our Patients recover and return home as quickly, comfortably, and effectively as possible. The Director of Rehabilitation is an integral part of each Patients recovery, and a crucial piece of our care team that includes nurses, a full-time on-site physician, service staff, and culinary staff.


As the Director of Rehabilitation, you’ll take a leadership and hands-on role in the treatment of our Patients for rehabilitation services (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, SLP, and Rehab Tech). You’ll be on-site at your RRC, working with the rest of the treatment team to figure out the best schedule and therapy treatement to get the best results. This will include direct hands-on treatment, as well as coordinating other on-site staff and bringing in off-site therapists as necessary. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies, company QA/QI, and maintaining program standards.

What we’re looking for

  • Master's degree from an accredited clinical therapy school (Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy)
  • Current state licensure of region
  • Current CPR certification
  • A minimum of 10 years rehab leadership experience preferably in a long term care setting
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Experience related to clinical education delivery 
  • Analytical skills to comprehend and interpret complex regulations, perform data analysis, and communicate results to others required
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentational communication skills
