The HR Coordinator will support implementation of HR strategies, Recruitment and Employee Engagement programs under the direction of the Regional HR Director:
Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator reports to the Regional HR Director and is responsible for providing high quality internal and external customer service. The HR Coordinator manages the on boarding and off boarding processes. Maintains the recruitment process and talent acquisition reports. Creates, maintains and audits employee files. Collaborates with recruiter to assist in administration of various recruitment processes and procedures. Assists with employee questions and requests. Advise managers and employees on policy interpretation questions. Assists with Benefits Administration projects as needed. Assists with special projects as needed or assigned from the HR Director.
