    At Rapid Recovery Center, we’re dedicated to providing effective care with a personal touch, and we know that every single piece is important to creating a patient experience with that personal touch. As a Lead Housekeeping Ambassador, you play a vital role in creating that experience.

    Comfortable healing in an infection-free environment is essential for good recovery, that’s what you’ll create. You’ll ensure a high level of cleanliness in both patient rooms and general facility areas. Additionally, you’ll get a chance to work directly with patients so you can give them that extra personal touch that ensures they recover with dignity and are treated as real people.

    Overall Responsibilities:

     

    The Lead Housekeeping Ambassador is responsible for providing supervision and guidance to staff to ensure that high levels of cleanliness, quality, and exceptional service is always achieved and maintained. Assist with State compliance relating to cleaning processes, waste removal, and infection control practices

     

    • Clean patient suites and RRC common areas to give patients a comfortable, inviting environment
    • Clean areas of the RRC to include, but not limited to, public areas, patient suites, offices, gyms, and hallways
    • Stage patient suite according to plan
    • Follow the cleaning schedule for each assigned area
    • Keeps patient safety in mind at all time
    • Use RRC standard cleaning supplies as required
    • Monitors and supports other housekeeping team members
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
    • Competent in organizational, time management skills
    • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

    What we’re looking for

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
    • 1 year of customer service experience required, preferably in a healthcare environment
    • 1 year of housekeeping experience required.
    • Excellent communication skills with a hospitality mind-set
    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to lift 25 pounds for routine performance of essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
