    The Concierge is the embodiment of that commitment. Your role is to help Patients, family members, and staff to create a truly exceptional experience. To staff, you act as a key support role, assisting with electronic records maintenance, orders and audits, schedules, supplies, and more. To Patients, you’re always there for them, ready to answer questions, protect their privacy, and help them transition into and out of the Rapid Recovery Center.


    The position of RRC Concierge is unique, with a role that’s part administrative expert, part customer service, and part resort concierge, all in a position where you can feel fulfilled in your ability to help people transform their lives.


    • Serve as Concierge to Patients and their visitors by providing immediate contact, communication and support
    • Answer the telephone and directs phone calls
    • Assist Patients, family members and staff with inquiries regarding guest and center information
    • Help maintain Patient privacy by ensuring only approved visitors are given access to the RRC beyond the lobby
    • Provide back-up coverage for Front Desk Concierge
    • Order and stock office and business related supplies
    • May support BOM with financial related duties
    • Assist PatientGuests as needed with room service ordering or any additional requests.
    • Assist Business Office Manager with accounts payable processing
    • Prepare off-site physician appointment packet for Patient to deliver to physician
    • Nurse call central operator if calls are not answered by attending nursing staff
    • Manage transportation dispatch
    • Secure signatures on admission documents

    What we’re looking for

    • High school diploma or GED; Associates Degree or Certificate from a Hospitality-related program is preferred
    • Three years’ successful experience in a role interfacing with customers, the general public, or groups
    • Excellent communication skills with a hospitality mindset
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
