  • Role Description

    The Office Manager is responsible for office management of the resource center office and providing administrative support to the regional team.   

     

    • Perform administrative functions for the regional office;  including but not limited to, coordinating calendars and meetings, scheduling travel and accommodations for corporate and regional staff
    • Prepare presentations and proposals and conduct any other corporate correspondence
    • Build and develop relationships with external vendors and staff including setting up new vendor accounts and managing current accounts
    • Purchasing and acquisition of supplies and equipment in regional office
    • Provide support when needed with processing payroll
    • Support facility needs pertaining to the regional office
    • Manage and open mail
    • Organize and maintain files
    • Manage regional team meetings
    • Other duties as needed

     

    Position Status: Exempt

    What we’re looking for

    • 3 years’ experience in an administrative/executive level support role
    • Must have at least one year Business Office Manager experience
    • Associate's degree with emphasis on accounting and/or business management preferred
    • Requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks,
    • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
