  • Role Description

    At Rapid Recovery Center (RRC), we’re dedicated to providing effective care with a personal touch, and we know that every single piece is important to creating a patient experience with that personal touch. As a housekeeping ambassador, you play a vital role in creating that experience.

    Comfortable healing in an infection-free environment is essential for good recovery, that’s what you’ll create. You’ll ensure a high level of cleanliness in both patient rooms and general facility areas. Additionally, you’ll get a chance to work directly with patients so you can give them that extra personal touch that ensures they recover with dignity and are treated as real people.

    Rapid Recovery Center is changing how people are cared for, and at RRC you’ll have a chance to make a difference in people’s lives by helping them heal in a clean, healthy environment.


    Overall Responsibilities:

    • Clean patient suites and facility common areas to give patients a comfortable, inviting environment
    • Clean areas of the facility to include, but not limited to, public areas, patient suites, offices, gyms, and hallways
    • Stage patient suite according to plan
    • Follow the cleaning schedule for each assigned area
    • Keeps patient safety in mind at all time
    • Use RRC standard cleaning supplies as required

    What we’re looking for

    • High school diploma or GED preferred
    • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
    • 1 year of customer service experience required, preferably in a healthcare environment
    • 6 (six) months housekeeping experience preferred
    • Excellent communication skills with a hospitality mind-set
    • Must be a least 18 years of age
